When will I receive my order?
As a rule, it takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated to be as follows:
● Europe: 6 - 8 working days
● USA: 3 - 4 working days
● Australia: 2 - 14 working days
● Japan: 4 - 8 working days
● International: 10 - 20 working days
When will I receive my order?
It is difficult to predict the shipping times. You can track the production times of our products and add additional days for shipping:
Tip: Fill out the table and update it using our page on the updates on the processing times. Enter the product categories you sell in your store so that your customers know exactly which time frames apply to which products.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that handles orders with facilities around the world. Depending on where you are, the orders are processed and shipped by the institution that can do this most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs duties for my order?
For international orders, an additional customs and tax fee may apply. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly with the local customs office whether duties and taxes are levied on your purchases.
My order should have been here a long time ago, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us as follows:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.

● Ask the local post office if the package is available.
● Check with your neighbors if the courier has delivered the package to them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at [enter your support email here] with your order number.
If you have found an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping is at your own expense.

How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. These have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, the orders are processed and shipped by the institution that can do this most efficiently.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, send us an email to [insert your support email here].
I have received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email within a week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to [insert your support email here]. We will suggest a solution to you as soon as possible.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who does not make the items until they are ordered. In order to avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not to order unnecessary products.
If something is wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if something is wrong with the order or if you are dissatisfied by contacting us at [insert your support email here].
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these points apply, contact our customer support at [insert your support email here] with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we will take care of it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? [If so]
